The secret is in our new 7545 LED BULB CHIP . The powerful customized chip designed for your projector style headlight hits the 12 o'clock oriented reflector to maximize its light output and place the light beam where you need it; wider and farther in front of you.
Installation:
For proper light beam pattern, the wire should be at 6 o'clock when fully engaged and locked. If it isn't , use the small Allen wrench to loosen the set screw and turn counter-clockwise just a hair. ( See Pictures ). Notice that the set screw isn't centered when you're properly adjusted.

IMPORTANT! Please leave off rubber boot when installing LED bulbs. They need circulating air for optimum performance. Putting boot on will suffocate your bulbs and will make you lose your warranty.
